Wifi booster setup

When setting up the wifi boosters I go through the instructions and when I’m done I unplug in the Ethernet to one of them and the red might comes on. While the boosters are connections via Ethernet they work fine but once I move one it stops working. This seems to defeat the purpose of them. Am I missing sim Otho game with these?

If you are using the app to set them up make sure you go through all the steps and they are both plugged in and powered on at the same time. When you are ready to move the pod that will be wireless, power it off first by pressing the button on the back. Move it to the new location and then power it back on. If it still turns red try doing a factory reset by pushing in the reset button on the back while it is powered on. You may need to do the pairing steps again after this.
