Just Moved In
I had internet installed on March 12 with a text asking everything was good after installation. I selected the option that said it wasn’t and was told an agent would call me. Still hasn’t happened. My internet speed is much slower than what I signed up for.

No one on the forums here has access to your account. If your speed isn't right, contact technical support. Some cases it is an easy fix.
