How do you schedule an appointment online (from mytelus website) for a technician to come to your home? Why can I only RESCHEDULE an appointment

You can't schedule online, because the CS rep needs to determine the issue, having done some basic troubleshooting, before assigning the tech. Not all techs undertake all services provided by Telus.
