Mytelus web and app login issues
I get error lgn-301 on app and trying the website it gives me incorrect password message. When I request login link it says an error has occurred.
I have already reset my password once even though I know it was the right password. This has been ongoing for 3 days now
Was completely my fault. I had my VPN turned on from using public Wi-Fi and forgot to turn it off. Telus apparently doesn't like VPNs. Once disabled I had no issues logging in

The website is continually having issues, consider to be the norm.
The workaround is to repeat the log in and it will work. Just tried mine and it said Telus is having technical difficulties, so I again tried and it went through no problem. I have reported this a few times.
