Mytelus web and app login issues
I get error lgn-301 on app and trying the website it gives me incorrect password message. When I request login link it says an error has occurred. I have already reset my password once even though ...

Was completely my fault. I had my VPN turned on from using public Wi-Fi and forgot to turn it off. Telus apparently doesn't like VPNs. Once disabled I had no issues logging in

I haven't been able to use my password on the web page ever since I started using the app. App is now deleted but I still can't login in on the webpage, even after changing my (correct) password. What a mess, Telus! Fix please?

3 months agoHey, have you tried clearing cache and cookies, and even on an incognito tab on your desktop?

Yes, I've tried that several times and on three different browsers. Looks like Telus wants to shunt me over to sign-in link instead of using a password, is that a thing? Because I prefer to use a password and hope you can get this sorted.

It's me with a new username, as Telus continues to not recognize my valid logins.
