When will Telus come to my area

I’m in a new community, called Glacier Ridge. There’s no PureFibre here yet and the whole community is on Shaw. Due to this not only has the internet been slow, it has also been randomly disconnecting. I had Telus as my old provider for my old home, but PureFibre isisnt offered here. How long can I expect until it’s available?

Actually, I do see fibre for some addresses in Glacier Ridge (Calgary) when I put the addresses on Telus's website. I did see fibre showing as available for addreses on Edith Gate, Edith Road, and Aquila Drive NW. If your house is very new, it may not be provisioned in the system yet, assuming the developer allowed fibre to be run through the whole subdivision.
