I signed up for Telus Home Security a couple months ago. It was supposed to be around $40 a month. Then I got a bill for $552. Apparently because Telus subcontracts scammers to sell their security systems online two different companies claimed the commission and I have been double billed. I have spent approx 7 hours trying to resolve this which ultimately leads to me spending hours when I should be working, sitting on hold or explaining my story over and over again to the latest person on the phone because apparently they do not create a detailed record of each conversation. I am now on hold once again. As a last resort I will escalate this problem to DARREN ENTWISTLE who is a client of mine. I have work on both his homes and know his wife as well. People will be fired I expect. Too bad you guys can't run your customer service the way you used to. I think it all began when you started subcontracting every aspect of your operations and ceased having employees. Very bad.
Wait now for the solicitous response from a Telus autobot saying "We're so sorry etc etc blah blah blah" Anyone here had a good experience with Rogers?
