Telus has activated a home security service without my consent and knowledge, which led to over $10,000 debt (for a service I never used and a system that was never installed) being sent to collections!!
I have tried calling so many times, and writing complaints on this forum. And every time I was told they would investigate and reach out to me. But I have waited for months and my credit score has plummeted so much, and still no one has called/emailed me!
Please be aware of Telus and do NOT do business with them. They have no business ethics nor morality....
This incidence gave me no choice but to take legal action, and to go public with news media so more Canadian citizens are aware of Telus' business practice. What a shame..
