I have received an email that I have used 100% of my monthly internal data but the app and website shows I have used 28%. This is the first month I have used this much but I plan to continue to use at least half each month.

I experienced this when I changed internet plans. Somewhere in the Telus system it still thought I had the old limit. I had to talk to Telus to get this sorted out.
