Time change on our wireless home phone set

Since installation date of our Telus services (01-27-25), our wireless home phone set would not retain correct time (eastern time G -5) and would instead take it 3 hours back (apparently pacific time G-8) everyday. I do the correction everyday and the next day it's back 3 hours.

How to correct definitely?

I assume you have fibre service and have an ONT. Sounds like the ONT thinks it's in the wrong time zone. Call technical support and let them know. They should be able to set the tone zone correctly.
