How should i proceed in giving telus customers in residential and businesses tech advice or tech support help?

Sorry for the duplicate of posts for my topic, i forgot to verify my address account  that was sent to my personal email address to activate my email adress to activate the conversation in the forum.

Can you delete my duplicate post?

As a suggestion, is it possible for each user account in telus forum to be able to delete their own post ?
