Back at the beginning of November signed up for some new Telus services. Among the new services I signed up for, Stream+ was one of them. I received the "trial" but have not been able to use it or access it at all. Where my subscriptions should be showing, I get an error stating that my "subscriptions are not available at this time". It's been this way for nearly a month.
I called customer service over nearly a week and a half ago and they couldn't assist, they had me fill out a "contact us" form and I was told it'd be 2-4 days before I heard back. It's been way longer than that timeframe. I called again today and I'm still not getting any help whatsoever.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any way to receive assistance on this issue? I'm usually a very calm person but I'm starting to get super frustrated with this whole mess.
