Local network access issue

The app will not let me access my local network. It has a statement that says for IOS 14 and up you must go to settings and turn access on. It links to your settings. When I go to settings, network access is already selected on. I have tried access with both an IOS device and with an Android tablet. (This options doesnโ€™t show when using android but there is still no way to access my network to make updates)

 I have tried resetting the modem, opening and closing the app, manually resetting the boosters. Still no access. I see a similar issue posted but the Telus help has gone to DM. If there is a resolution, please post.
