Optix TV wont turn on

my optix TV box wont turn on, and been struggling to get through support to have it replace

  • tried AI chat, which send you in circle between 3 answers
  • tired "call me back", which it never did after 24hours
  • what else i can do to get any real human support ?

  • Today I received notification that TELUS_Support​ replied to this thread. I come here to see the reply and there is no Telus support reply. This is not the first time.

      even with DM from forum, i am still going any further then 4 days ago. the only is 

      "please give us your email to contact" - same as phone callback, no one email back

      got simply instruction of how to "escalate" through chatbox to human, which unsurprisingly doesnt work

       

      funny enough, if you call telus as new customer, phone the pick up in 3mins. but then they forward me back to tech support and claim onpy 15-20mins wait... currently at 50min and still waiting 

      telus customer support really as bad as everyone said. might be i just need to physically drive to a store. sigh

        Don’t even waste your time driving to a store.  They will just tell you that you have to call in.  Tried it 3x at the Southgate store, same thing each time.   It’s a total waste of time, the store just wants deal with NEW customers.
