Poor service

Telus have offered a good monthly plan to me over the phone. As, I switched over I keep getting higher bills. Most recent bill I got $237 and some change. I have called 4 times already and soent hours with reps over the phone. Now, I wanted to escalate this issue at higher level. Is there any email where I can initiate this complaint in written so they and myself both have a record.
Any help would be appreciated

At the bottom of each page is a Contact Us link. Near the bottom of that page is an escalation section titled ‘Already contacted us?’

Hey Robin,

At least you're getting service, In my case Telus customer care demanding $150CAD for installation only, Same here they sell internet connection over the phone only. Now I feel scammed.
