I have recently changed my address to a new location and TELUS accidentally cancelled my services when the technican called to open a work order to install services at our new location. They fixed their error on the same day however they have also charged me for a cancellation fee and a reinstallation fee on my recent bill. I have not cancelled anything on my end. It was the TELUS agent who cancelled and why am I being punished and responsible for someone else's mistake? Please hire quality people... TELUS customer service has dropped the rate in recent years and very poor service. It is very hard to fix an issue on a simple case nowadays. I couldnt speak to anyone yet as they keep referring me to online help -which is useless... when the agent calls me for a call-back, they cant always help either. I need to contact to someone from loyalty team
