Telus Mobility and Home Service Confusion

I'm a Telus Mobility user for a year now and I decided to get the Home Service (WiFi connection) in January. I understand you need different apps for these. But after creating an account with the home service app, it asked me to link my mobility account. I did this but it gave me an error to try again later. This is where it gets weird. 

Now, whenever I try to log into my Telus home service app, it displays my Mobility bill and the Mobility app shows Mobility account bills too. And I have no idea what my WiFi bill amount for Feb is! And no matter how much I'm trying to reach out to the customer service, either they hang up on me before even trying to connect to an agent or I reach the wrong agent (say, somewhere in Quebec) and they hang up on me. And this game of hide and seek with Telus is really getting exhausting. Can someone help me?
