Online set up for bill payment

I am trying to set up on line bill payments using Tangerine but I keep being told that I don't have enough numbers in my account to do so; there are 9 numbers in my home internet account number. I know I am supposed to choose "Telus Communications" as the payee name.

When you link your account to My TELUS you use the 9 number version. When you use it for setting up bill payments you need to add the the extra digit you see to the right of your account number on your statement. It's usually a 1 I believe but check your statement to be sure.
