Max wifi boosters

Telus website says max wifi boosters is 1 starter pack and 3 expansions does that not equal to 5 boosters? My app does not allow me to add 5 only 4. Whatsup with that?

Which router do you have, the T3200M or the Wi-Fi Hub? If the latter, the Hub is the first mesh device, if the former, the first mesh device has to be connected by Ethernet to the T3200M, and forms a mesh with different SSID from the router’s.
