Internet sucks

Just Moved In
I have been with this company for a while and no matter how many times I called I always have had a really bad internet connection no matter what I do connect my computer directly or even a booster the internet is slow unreliable and expensive.
I am wondering how much more of this poor quality services should you guys be allowed to have with the prices you got.... hope I can see some changes soon but I'm changing internet to a better carrier.

It may be in your best interest to have a repair tech dispatched to your home to witness the slow speed person, diagnose and investigate, and possibly replace some equipment to optimize your service. Have you asked our Tech Support team about this option since troubleshooting over the phone hasn't yielded a solid result?
