Telus refuses to cancel my plan

Just Moved In
When I moved places I went in store to deal with Telus. They set up a new plan and said I had to cancel my old plan on the phone. I have called multiple times and they say they will disconnect it and they don’t. I’ve been paying for two plans for TWO YEARS. I have purposely stopped paying my internet bill to go into disconnection. I don’t know what else I’m suppose to do. Telus has been awful to deal with.

Hi @Cole55 - I don't suggest stopping payments as the account will be sent to collections after a few months. 

 

I do want to look at this issue and help resolve it. Can you please send me a message if you need assistance?
