Need a communications box moved

I am in rural Alberta, I need to widen our driveway but there is a communications box in the way. Cannot find who to call or ask about this. When First Call went through, they didn’t know either. There is also an exposed temporary line that still hasn’t been addressed.
Can someone please help with this asap?

Boxes are placed in the city's ROW (Right of Way) so if you'd like to inquire about moving it, you can contact your city directly and they should be able to provide some insight.
