Been having horrible connection with internet ever since we moved houses. Called to ask about getting it fixed and after a very long, painful experience with agents not helping, hanging up and not finding a resolution, I finally had enough and told Loyalty that after 15 years with them, we will be moving our services to a new provider because all I am asking is to be able to use the internet I pay $100/month for, loses connection regularly and cuts out while streaming or gaming. Their solution was to send a tech out and make me pay $175 for the appointment. I said no, the issue is on your end.
Long story short, nothing has been done and we will be moving to another service provider with ALL of our services. FYI, Rogers offers much faster internet speeds at cheaper prices.
Completely dissatisfied with the physical services from Telus AND customer service.
