I called on 22nd of January for hours going through 5 to 6 different representatives and just to get hanged up on the last representative on a simple request. All I wanted is to terminate the home internet service after my contract ends on January 31 2025. The first rep who pick up the call told me he is not with the cancellation team and he will transfer me to the right rep even after I told the AI and the AI confirmed the reason of my call is for termination of service. After I have been transferred, turns out the second rep who picked up the call works for sells not cancel so he transferred me again. This transfer around in circles going through 5 to 6 rep only been told they will lower price even thou I am not asking for a discount, I only want termination of service after contract ends. The last representative said she will help me and then hanged up. One of the rep even went as far as asking who the next tenant will be and can I transfer my service to them after been told by me that I am moving to somewhere else. How crazy is this. How can I know who the next tenant after I moved out? Again all I wanted is to terminate my internet service right after my contract ends.
