I need help cancelling home internet, frustrated after a whole day of no pr

I've tried for the last day to cancel my home internet.  After waiting 1 hour for callback at 3102255, the call was from loyalty department.  As soon as I mention why I'm cancelling, the signal suddenly gets choppy and the call is dropped.  The representative told me they will call me back, but both calls I receive hang up after about a second.

 

My contract is up today, and tomorrow the price will go up to $155/month.  Please I really hope this is not intentional, can someone help me cancel my internet plan?  This is borderline a scam to make it this hard to stop paying for a service I no longer need.

I'm having the same problem, customer support is terrible, as soon as they confirmed I could not be retained due to move out of province, they put on hold and going on 2 hrs now, still holding.
