I recently signed a security system and HomeServices to take advantage of the promotion.
TELUS installed the security system with agreement the installation would be free. I also requested a swap of the modem that was not working well, also for free installation.
Today I received a home services bill that includes installation fees of $325 (Self-Install DIY Support and Labour - CWC). These are fraudulent charges that they should not charge me. I am now on the phone for about an hour and my issue is not resolved.
The modem that I requested has never been delivered. The modem they delivered are old modem that I rejected. I am still waiting for the modem they promised.
