Fraudulent Bill from TELUS
I recently signed a security system and HomeServices to take advantage of the promotion. TELUS installed the security system with agreement the installation would be free. I also requested a swap of the modem that was not working well, also for free installation. Today I received a home services bill that includes installation fees of $325 (Self-Install DIY Support and Labour - CWC). These are fraudulent charges that they should not charge me. I am now on the phone for about an hour and my issue is not resolved. The bill itself has errors that are overcharging me $20.41. The modem that I requested has never been delivered. Swap of Modem
I had a problem with my modem and called customer service for the swap. Originally I had a new white NAH modem that are installed in pure fiber areas, it had issues and had to request a replacement. Unfortunately they brought an old modem for copper wires in pure fiber area, black modem T3200M. I rejected that and waiting for a technician to come to replace the modem; he came with again with the black modem T3200M that is supposed to be obsolete. Called the Customer service on December 9, 2024 and they indicated it had already been shipped. Today December 19, 2024 is the 14 day I have not received the white NAH modem. Called the customer service she has indicated that they white modems are not shipped a technician has to come; why the previous customer service did not know this? Calling TELUS to talk someone it takes more than an hour up to 1.5 hours; I have already called 4 times, it means 6 hours wasted on the phone the the problem not resolved.
