Our townhouse complex had a Telus Fibre NAP installed in our utility room a few years ago. One of the unit's was able to get their fibre services installed, but Telus's systems still show that fibre is not available for the other units. Who do we speak with to get the GPON flag corrected on Telus's system?
@Emitskatan Best i can think that will work . You have internet already right. Phone into billing do not sidetrack to a sales person. You know the unit # of the fiber hook up. Billing should be able to get you to right department. Telus should make the departments easier to find.
