I had checked online and then spoke with a rep regarding upgrading my 1.0Gbps service to 3.0Gbps when I renewed my contract. Installer was booked and then when they arrive and check the the telco room there is no XPON to my building.
So both the telus website and rep were showing incorrect information. (Apparently telus does even know what they have out there)
How do I find out when my building will actually be XPON instead of only GPON. I tried talking to the rep but they have no idea what I am even asking.
