I've been stuck with inconsistent speeds that is much worse than what was listed in my plan. I tried moving the modem to different places in the house and contacted support. I assume it's due to an older modem, as I'm using an Actiontec V1000H modem currently, so I was wondering if Telus gives T3200 modems or do we have to buy them in a separate place/store?
