Router interface bug reports

I recently discovered a bug in the web interface of a supported router.  What is the best way to report this issue to Telus?  The regular "Contact Us" methods appear to be more for general service and not device-specific issue reports.

The admin password can accept more than 16 characters by copy/pasting into the "new" and "verification" text fields.  Once set, the admin password can no longer be changed because the "current" field is limited to 16 characters.

 

I first stumbled upon this by observing that the Telus My Wi-Fi app would also not accept passwords longer than 16 characters as it's also client-limited.

 

The only workaround I found was to reset the firmware to factory defaults, which is a hassle if you have spent time configuring the device (and there is no config import/export).
