Has the customer service been an issue for anyone here? It has been a debacle in my case.
I have been a Telus customer since 2001. I moved to my new place in August of 2020 and I am still waiting for an optik TV box that I had ordered right after I moved in.
What triggered this post is an issue with outgoing mobility calls. When I call a number, the person's caller ID displays my name along with a real estate company's name. I do not recall ever registering or mentioning the company under my profile. The support staff (in Philipines) advises me that it is an issue for the service provider of the individual I called, which I find quite ridiculous.
I think it is time I switch my service provider.
Kindly share your experience with Telus support over the past few years.

Sounds like someone dropped the ball on your Optik TV box. I would follow up with them to get this sorted out.
It's possible the recipient of you mobile calls has that information in their contacts. The phone will display that if it's a match for you number.
