As far as I can tell, it’s impossible for me to get a hold of someone at Telus right now. Hoping someone or Telus is reading this and can help?
if you call any listed telus support number from a koodoo phone, you get redirected to koodoo, with no menu option other than the useless virtual support/hangup service to redirect back.
You have to use a different phone or spoof it somehow.
Would love to meet the braindead department manager that thought this was a good idea.
I just dialled 1-888-811-2323, from a Koodo prepaid phone, and was connected to Telus home services. Whatever you are experiencing, it is not as simple as the choice of telephone carrier. Maybe try Skype? It allows toll-free calls.
