Bridge mode not working??

Hello, my cousin just moved houses and brought his UniFi UDM and 2x APs with him. New house (Ontario) has Telus pure fiber and gave him a NH20 and a trashcan looking router/AP.  We got into the nh20 and bridged the 10g port but plugging that port into the UDM gives no internet?

What are we doing wrong? Worked at his old house using Roger’s cable modem, what’s different about the Telus? He doesn’t have any TV, just 1.5g/1.5g internet.  I’m going back to his house tomorrow again to troubleshoot and was hoping to have this fixed…. I read on here that we need factory reset the NH20 first then bridge? Could that be it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

10g port on the NH20, for me, is the input from the ONT.  Port 1 is the bridged port.

Hmm on his device he has 5 ports (1-4 empty) and currently the 10g port has an eth cable going to the Telus trashcan router/AP.   If you use port 1 aren’t you only getting 1gig down?

Hey, I'm currently a new customer for telus fiber in Ontario. The bridge mode is currently not working for me and I'm using a fiber media converter from amazon. This only gives me ipv4 and no ipv6. If you want the fiber media converter I'm using your going to have to get your PPPOE credentials from customer support. Fiber Media Converter
