Bridge mode not working??
Hello, my cousin just moved houses and brought his UniFi UDM and 2x APs with him. New house (Ontario) has Telus pure fiber and gave him a NH20 and a trashcan looking router/AP. We got into the nh20 and bridged the 10g port but plugging that port into the UDM gives no internet? What are we doing wrong? Worked at his old house using Roger’s cable modem, what’s different about the Telus? He doesn’t have any TV, just 1.5g/1.5g internet. I’m going back to his house tomorrow again to troubleshoot and was hoping to have this fixed…. I read on here that we need factory reset the NH20 first then bridge? Could that be it? Hello, can you clarify what you mean by “had to make sure the third party router was using an IP range that wasn't 192.168.1.x.” ive just moved and brought my previously working/fully configured UniFi UDM to my new house with Telus. I’ve bridged the 10g port and ran a cable to the UDM but lose all internet. My UDM is setup 192.168.1.1. Hello, what do you mean by “make sure the 3rd party router doesn’t have an ip range of 192.168.1.x” Ive bridged the 10g port on the Telus but i lose internet when connecting to my UniFi UDM… which has an IP of 192.168.1.1. Are you saying I need to change the UDMs IP address?2.6KViews0likes0Comments
