I have been scammed by Telus. Agent said my bill won’t be more than 90$, I’m paying 144$/m plus 1k Telus took away in the beginning. & there is no remedy. I have been calling Telus consistently. No help!!

That was the same with me! I agreed to $90 a month for internet and optik tv even though I didn’t want the optik tv but the door to door guy said it came with it and it was still going to be $90 for two years now it’s $145 a month! How can they lie like this? I even wanted to see the contract before the grace period ended but it “wasn’t available” I shouldn’t have left Fido and Shaw. How can Telus employ scammers?! Now im stuck with this bill I didn’t want along with $55 for Telus home security. Telus scammed me! I thought I was going to save $60 now I’m paying 50 dollars more.

Oh and I forgot to add my cellphone mobility which brings up the total to over 200+ dollars. I don’t even want to put the actual number because I just feel so stupid.
