Can't Fast Forward Recorded Program
I recorded The Great Canadian Baking Show series from the CBC Calgary channel (204), but I can’t fast-forward through any of the episodes.
A previous thread on this forum from two years ago mentioned that fast-forward rights for CBC Edmonton were misconfigured in the system. Has this misconfiguration returned? I’ve recorded this CBC program in the past and have always been able to fast-forward.

Hi 604yvr 604yvr778 buckycat the team is looking into this. I can confirm that FFW is currently blocked on CBC Calgary (at least for folks in Vancouver). We are aiming to reconfigure this shortly.
In the meantime, you CAN ffw on CBC Edmonton recordings...

Just tried again, I can still fast forward. Wonder if it’s equipment related. I’m on the legacy box.

That is odd, is that on the same CBC Calgary channel Buckycat?
Fast forwarding does not work on any show recorded from CBC Calgary. I have Time Shift, and I tested recordings from CBC Edmonton, CBC Toronto, and CBC Vancouver; they all fast-forward correctly. The issue is specific to CBC Calgary and appears to be a misconfiguration.
*I had to change my username because my Telus account login had to be reset.
I just tried recording on the channel and fast forward worked for me.

Does fast wording work on any other recorded programming from that channel for you?
