I was scammed into purchasing a bundle that is not available in my area. Now I'm charged over $900 each month for the equipment and a service that doesn't exist, with late fees on top.

Also, TELUS customer service and loyalty team didn't resolve the issue like they said they would. And, figure this, at the end of each call they offer me the same bundle again!
