I cannot get these two connected. My Alexas (I have 3 in the house) are all working properly. They and my TV and my app are all on the same network (and I checked twice) but when I try to follow the on line instructions to connect them, my app cannot find any devices.

I am experiencing the exact same problem. Haven’t found a solution, and also posted about this a few days ago.
So you are not alone. And you are probably doing nothing wrong. It appears to be a problem with either Optik TV or the Alexa Skill.
It sure would be nice if Telus took this (or any tech problems) seriously. But alas, that may be too much to ask.
