My building just had lines run into each unit for PureFibre and I was wondering if the installer will still need access to the telephone room, as the building maintenance company is next to impossible to get a hold of (although I did submit a request).
Thanks!

If it's for the very first install of fibre service to your unit, yes it's very likely that yes they'll need access to the telephone/electrical room where the fibre equipment / boxes were installed.

That will entirely depend on the building. Some will allow Telus to install a lockbox in the building. Some property managers / stratas will hold the keys themselves and will need to be notified by the customer / unit occupant in advance about Telus coming out and needing access. My building is currently the latter.
