It's a great question if it's possible and I am going to be honest, I don't know.
Try it. if it works, please let me know. I don't think it will as in my head the ethernet ports in the SmartHub are not linked together like a network switch and I am not sure SmartHubs are built to link together as access points.
I've also never had access to more than one at a time to try so I am curious too.
