I had registered for 2.5 Gb fibre with Telus on November with the promotion of free Samsung TV, but it is almost 3 months now, there is no TV.
I called Telus many times and they just keep creating tickets for what they said that they will ask about the update of the order of TV.
3 months already with the services but no TV. How can I receive the TV as per contract with Telus or I just stop using service from Telus and move to other provider?
