I had registered for 2.5 Gb fibre with Telus on November with the promotion of free Samsung TV, but it is almost 3 months now, there is no TV.
I called Telus many times and they just keep creating tickets for what they said that they will ask about the update of the order of TV.
3 months already with the services but no TV. How can I receive the TV as per contract with Telus or I just stop using service from Telus and move to other provider?

I am also having the same issue. Started service on April 2nd and was told that new Samsung 55" television would be sent one month after service was initiated. Samsung television was sent to my old address (where we didn't even have Telus service but is on my mobility account). Samsung then sent a new television to my current address after I spoke with an Escalation Manager. This is over a period of 2 and 1/2 months. 2 weeks ago I received a Samsung television and upon unpacking the box, the screen is smashed. The Escalation Manager still has not given me an ETA on a new tv. I am beyond frustrated. Can't call anyone and unfortunately Shaw is not available in my town. I switched from Shaw to Telus and for half the television channels, I pay an extra $100 a month. Telus have a monopoly in my community and don't seem to care about customer service.
