Network randomly crashing?

For some reason my Wifi modem keeps randomly red lighting and turning off, I have no idea why it’s doing this and it just randomly happens, I’ve tried un plugging it and plugging it in, I’ve tried resetting it. Nothing seems to work and I can’t find anyone with a similar problem
