Lagging channel changing +... on Optik TV
Anyone else experiencing a 7+ second lag when changing channels, switching between apps and other such functions.
It's also accompanied by a blank screen with a green rotating circle in the bottom right corner.
Appears to have started and become a regular pain over last few weeks.

The lag and the green rotating circle in bottom tight corner are no longer. The channel changing and other remote functions are now working normally.
Just spit balling, perhaps hardware issue with Internet feed (i.e) modem and booster ancillary equipment too tired.

And just for clarity for any Telus Support reader...every remote function lags...previous, back button, guide functions, ch up,/down, etc...literally ever time you press a button inevitably there's a 7+ second delay.

No issues on my Arris 4K box with lag.

Hey Optikal_Speak - Is the issue still happening? What sort of troubleshooting have you done so far?
Yes issue is ongoing.
I have (3) boxes. Tried unplugging/ rebooting, etc. Reluctant to do factory reset as it seems to be a system issue as opposed to box specific.

The issue is continuing for me as well. I use 2 boxes regularly and about 2 weeks after receiving I went back to hard wired ethernet cable as opposed to wireless hoping this would speed up overall performance. It hasn't. I too did an unplug and reboot with no success.
Likewise...Never a dull moment with the Telus gear to be sure.
Perhaps a related issue/symptom...a number of my series recording are now showing (2) recordings of same program/timeslot. One with title details and another with E2100000000 in title detail area...go figure???
Wanted to add screenshot...appears Telus has removed the attachment feature from this format...go figure again???

Yes, I am experiencing the same thing since about a week ago. This is in addition to the overall new AndroidTV box being a complete disappointment in comparison to the previous 4K box. May have to look at another provider once my contract is up in 2 months.
