5 GHz wifi extender

My shop is over 100 ft from my house, my security sensors and my cameras work inside and outside it.  I know they use 2.4 GHz.
I want to put a TV the shop but the 5GHz WIFI in there is too week for the STB, is there such a thing as a 5 GHz wifi extender?
I wish I'd run a drop when I put the gas line in a few years ago.

I have had decent results with powerline wi-fi externders. They never get near the advertised speeds but are adequate for the job.
