Attaching cameras to Asustor NAS through Telus WiFi Hub

I have 2 different cameras that I am trying to forward images to the Asustor "Surveillance" program. I can see them on my cell phone apps. I can ping them directly. But I cannot see them in the "Surveillance" program. I suspect this has something to do with port forwarding, but I am a novice here. Could you pleas tell me what I have to do?

I have tried both ONVIF and RTSP protocols in the "Surveillance" program to no avail, and they are both supposed to work so I guess the problem is with the Router access?
