My shop is over 100 ft from my house, my security sensors and my cameras work inside and outside it. I know they use 2.4 GHz. I want to put a TV the shop but the 5GHz WIFI in there is too week for ...

Looks like it's only for 2.4 GHz.

Community Power UserThe one I have is a Netgear and only does 2.4Hz. The TP-Link is dual band (and has an ethernet jack).
