Safety concerns

Looking for telus support tech, someone to come and kindly take care of the on going issuses thats yet been resolved for over year now with having new pole put by hydro, with old rotted one still up beside it and telus coming and said can do nothing because my provider is shaw and shaw has been here and they have done what had to do (putting lines to new pole) issuse is telus has had lines still in place on rotted pole and has now become safety concern as it drags over one side of my property from rotted to pole to pole leading to road way. Someone can easily drive over it and it can snag onto moving vehicle and create huge damages. All peoples both shaw hydro telus have seen the state of the rotted incomplete problem before it became safety concern .
