Telus Home Assistant not Working
I am having an issue that I've had a few times before. When I try to change channels on my Telus optic box with my Alexa it tells me okay but then it does nothing. When I try the volume it says it is not responding. I'm not sure if there was an update done last night because it was working fine yesterday.

it's been several days since I received your private message and you wanting to access my account. I have done that and I heard nothing else since and it is still not working. Is something being done.

I'm not sure what you mean. I have Telus optic television. I have a number of TVs with Telus boxes. I have a number of Alexa's and Google's and none of them are working. The same thing happened in October.
