Wifi 6 Booster - for 2.4 GHz

How do I get 2.4 GHz at my current internet right now? As I just recently bought a vacuum robot and it will just connect with 2.4 GHz. Pls help! 🙂
  • To clarify, are you referring to the wifi network or the router GUI? Both can be found on stickers on the device itself.

    For Wifi:

Default Network Name (SSID): The network name should be visible when you search for Wi-Fi networks on your device. It usually includes "TELUS" in the name.

Password: The default Wi-Fi password for your TELUS Booster should be printed on a label on the device itself. Look for a sticker on the bottom or side of the Booster.

    Connecting:

    • Select the TELUS Wi-Fi network name on your device.
    • Enter the password found on the Booster's label.

For the remote GUI the username is usually "admin" and the password printed on the underside of the device.

Which equipment do you currently have, the T3200M or the TELUS Wi-Fi Hub?

      Hello,

I have the Boost Wifi 6, probably the Telus Wifi Hub? Not really sure.

      Thank you for the reply.

Thanks TuxedoCat - So if you log in to your Wi-Fi 6 GUI you can navigate to Administration on the left-hand side> Easy Mesh at the top right> and you can disable Band Steering there.
